The hotel was sparkling clean and in a great location close to the market and other attractions. The staff was very helpful and spoke excellent English. One of the staff members, Sandeep Sharma, was particularly knowledgeable and gave us great local tips. The wifi was reliable and there was always hot water available. the on-site restaurant served tasty food.

The hotel could have done better with arranging drivers for outside trips. This was a major disappointment as we had a person fall sick during our stay and the cab arrangements ended up being the biggest expense of our trip.

I recently stayed at a nice and decent hotel in the heart of the city. It had easy access to the city center and places around. The hotel had ample parking space, which was convenient. There was a great restaurant next door, so I didn't have to walk far for a meal. The staff was extremely polite and helpful. Although the rooms were decent, the bathrooms were a bit small. it was a good hotel to stay in and I would definitely recommend it. The reception staff was very helpful and supportive, providing excellent service. Room service was prompt and available round the clock. The location was also very central, within a 1.5 km range from the main market, bus stand, and Mysore palace. The rooms and passages were clean and well-maintained.

Nothing could have been better. 😊
