Our Easter holiday was made unforgettable by the amazing service we received at this resort. the staff went out of their way to either remember our names or make us feel welcome with warm greetings. our room had a gorgeous view of the surrounding area, which made the stay even more pleasant. Finally, the spa treatment we indulged in was worth every penny; we felt renewed and refreshed after the session. A definite must-do while staying at this hotel.

There were a few aspects that could have been improved. we requested a forest view room, but unfortunately, we were given a ground floor room with a different view.

As low-budget travelers, we appreciated the complimentary birthday cake for my wife and the warm and friendly staff. The upgrade to a bigger room was a nice surprise. The hotel is quiet and perfect for relaxation.

The location of this hotel is absolutely stunning, nestled in the mountains with picturesque views. The staff provides excellent service, making you feel like royalty from the moment you arrive. The rooms are comfortable and reasonably priced, with some even offering outdoor jacuzzis overlooking the forest. The fresh fruit selection at breakfast, while cut into small pieces, is still delicious.

The hotel is a bit far from popular attractions in Genting, requiring a 45-minute drive to reach.

The spacious room provided a comfortable retreat, and the clean bathroom was a welcome sight. The receptionist gave us a thorough tour of the hotel, making us feel truly welcomed. The breakfast at Belle Vue Tea Room was excellent, with friendly and attentive staff. we had a memorable and enjoyable experience at this tranquil retreat.

This hotel is an exceptional venue that fulfills every luxurious need. the Spa & wellness centre is breathtaking, offering an amazing variety of treatments including body wraps, full body massages, and facials. the outdoor swimming pool is perfect for enjoying the sun and the stunning garden area is vast and relaxing. the restaurant serves a delicious buffet breakfast and the packed lunches are perfect for the adventurous traveler. the location is ideal for those who love peace and quiet with a beautiful view of the surrounding mountains.

Although the service is good, I had a minor issue with the karaoke lounge. the sound quality was not quite up to par and it was located too close to the restaurant.
