I had a fantastic stay at Al Noor Palace Business Class. The ambiance was perfect, and the location in a quiet area was a pleasant surprise. The staff went above and beyond to provide exceptional customer service. They helped me communicate with Uber and Swiggy, and even accompanied me to the next street to catch a cab. The level of care and attentiveness from the staff was truly remarkable.

The hotel staff were very helpful and courteous. the location was convenient for our city trip and the calm ambiance of the hotel was relaxing.

The hotel was lacking in cleanliness and safety measures. We also experienced frequent power outages that left the elevator inactive, causing safety concerns.

Located just a stone's throw away from the main street, it's easy to catch a cab and explore the city. Nestled in a surprisingly quiet area, you can enjoy a peaceful night's sleep. The rooms are well-kept, spacious, and provide a comfortable stay. The staff is helpful and courteous, going above and beyond to assist guests.

The hotel may experience occasional power outages, and it would be wise for the management to address this issue for safety reasons.

Quiet location, attentive and detail-oriented staff, excellent hospitality, especially by Mr Johnson in the restaurant and Mr Himanshus at the front desk. Will be a regular visitor, no matter when in town.
