I had a fantastic stay in a room with a clean modern en-suite bathroom. The comfortable bed ensured a good night's sleep, and the massive shower was a luxurious touch. The hotel's location in the town centre was perfect for exploring the area. The breakfast provided was excellent, with a nice selection of teas and coffees.

The communication with the owners, Mel and Steve, was excellent, both before and during our stay. They provided us with great information about the local amenities which was really helpful. Our room was clean, spacious, and had a lovely large bathroom. The breakfast in the morning was fantastic and gave us the perfect start to our day. the guest house is run by people who clearly enjoy what they do, and it shows in their exceptional service.

I had a wonderful one night stay at this guest house. The location was perfect, right in the center and close to the riverfront. The only minor downside was that there was only one shower room for all the guests.

The owners were very dog friendly and accommodating, providing great advice on suitable places to visit. The breakfast was ample, with delicious locally reared bacon. The hotel's cleanliness was impeccable, and the staff were helpful and welcoming. The location was perfect, with easy access to the town center, main link roads, and the Lundy Island Ferry.

Our romantic escape was made even more special by the comfortable bed and the clean and homely room decor. The shower and bathroom facilities were top-notch, adding to the overall relaxing experience. We especially appreciated the delicious and well-cooked breakfast that was served, and the hosts were always ready to cater to our requests. The location of the hotel was ideal, as it was conveniently close to all the important attractions in town.

While our stay was mostly pleasant, we did have a minor issue with parking. It was mentioned in the hotel information that parking might be a challenge, and unfortunately, we did find it slightly inconvenient.
