The bed in the room was comfortable and the cleaning staff did a good job at keeping the room clean.

The pool was closed for maintenance during my stay, which was disappointing. Additionally, the furniture in the room showed signs of wear and the internet access was blocked for certain websites, making it difficult to check my emails.

The location of the hotel, right next to Nanjing Road Walkway, was incredibly convenient for exploring the city. The hotel itself exceeded my expectations - the rooms were spacious and impeccably clean, and the staff provided efficient service. I was impressed with the attention to detail, such as the satin bag provided to cover the spare toilet roll. The comfortable bed and great view of the main plaza made for a pleasant stay.

The hotel breakfast menu could be improved by offering a lower price for guests who do not have it included in their room package.
