My enjoyable stay at Courtyard By Marriott Chennai was uplifted by the warm hospitality from Mr Sunil, Mr Rohit, Ms. Ankona, and Mr Rishabh. While the towels could be fresher, the ambiance, helpful staff, and delicious breakfast made it a memorable experience. Can't wait to return!

Additionally, the location was convenient and transportation options were easily accessible.

The hotel is conveniently located in a bustling area just opposite the metro station and very close to the US consulate and biometric center. The vibrant neighborhood allows tourists to easily enjoy the city's culture and cuisine. The spacious rooms and prompt service make for a comfortable stay. Guests can relish the outstanding breakfast spread and filter coffee. The gym, spa, and bar are great facilities available to chill out after a long day.

Nearby construction work can lead to a mosquito problem.

Moreover, the staff's service and commitment are exceptional, providing a great smiling service, room service, car hire. The hotel’s amenities were also of high quality, including the leisure spa & wellness centre, sauna, Jacuzzi, and a beautiful garden area.

The breakfast was delicious, with a wide variety of options that catered to different dietary preferences. the complimentary Wi-Fi was a bonus, and the location was perfect for business travelers like myself, with its proximity to the metro and central city hubs. the staff was friendly and accommodating, making the stay a pleasant one.

The service could have been better. the room service was slow and arrived without cutlery, which took a while to be delivered, leaving the food cold.

Amazing service! I felt like a VIP from the moment I arrived. The staff went above and beyond, especially when they moved me to a new room with a lovely fragrance after I mentioned that the first one smelled musty. Breakfast was good, although I wish there were more options. I had a great stay and would recommend the hotel to anyone visiting.
