The warm and helpful staff made me feel welcome throughout my stay, even going above and beyond by providing room service in the middle of the night. Additionally, the hotel's location allowed for easy access to the Conterno Fantino winery, where I was able to taste some of the best wines in the area and learn about their business. These experiences truly enhanced my overall stay at the hotel.

The breakfast menu was extensive and the staff serving us were very attentive. Despite not having a buffet due to the current situation, there were plenty of delicious options to choose from. The view from the hotel was absolutely stunning and made our stay truly memorable. It was a treat to wake up to such breathtaking scenery every morning.

It was a bit inconvenient that we needed our car to go to the nearby village and parking there was a challenge. the hotel's restaurant being located 300 metres uphill from the hotel was quite tiring, especially after a long day of exploring.
