As longer term business travelers, we loved the luxurious business hotel vibe and amazing hospitality at this property. The view from the deluxe sea view room was stunning. The staff went above and beyond to accommodate our needs, especially the concierge who was extremely helpful. The hot breakfast style was a great touch, with fresh food brought to the table despite being buffet-style. The included breakfast and dinner deal had a fantastic variety of delicious options. the hotel's hospitality and attention to detail made our stay a great experience.

We stayed at Four Seasons for our 1st wedding anniversary and were delighted with the outstanding service. The staff, especially Keith, went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect. Keith even found a restaurant that served a dessert my husband had been craving and arranged a taxi for us. The rooftop terrace was incredible, with its stunning design and friendly team. The New Year's Eve party was a hit, and Mr. Om from the bar team ensured we had a speedy recovery the next day. We will definitely be returning to this first-class hotel.

The facilities in our room were absolutely awesome. The bed, bath, and toilet were all top-notch. The hotel also offered a delicious Indian spread for breakfast, although the Poha could have been tastier. The bakery and patisserie options were outstanding. We also thoroughly enjoyed the steam room and Jacuzzi. Despite the rates not being considered when we wanted to extend our stay, we had absolutely no complaints about this wonderful hotel. we highly recommend it.
