The staff at Hampton Inn made our stay exceptional. From Shawntay at the front desk who went above and beyond to fix an issue with the air conditioning, to the helpful kitchen staff who provided us with cold water and a warm welcome, the service was top-notch. The rooms were clean and well-stocked with towels, and breakfast was delicious. I highly recommend this hotel for a pleasant stay.

The location of the hotel was very convenient for my needs, being close to the airport and providing free shuttles. The staff at the front desk, especially Darren, was extremely helpful and attentive. Despite my late arrival, Darren made sure I felt safe and guided me through the check-in process. The next morning, even though I had to leave before breakfast officially started, he generously allowed me to help myself to the available options. It was a great start to the day.
