the hotel staff provided a warm welcome and exceptional service. the check-in process was hassle-free and fast. We enjoyed the tasty variety of food, cooked by their talented chef Jhupa and served by the friendly team. One staff member, Miss Ashiyana Bano, stood out for her extremely courteous and helpful assistance, providing us with valuable information about the hotel and Mumbai city. the hotel's architecture was also awe-inspiring, and its proximity to the airport and parking facility was convenient.

As a backpacker, I loved the awesome breakfast, especially the dosa, vada, idly. The gym was great, with fantastic trainers Sachin Surve and Nilesh helping me burn calories. The room was excellent, with a helpful housekeeping staff. The front desk was very accommodating, and the environment was quiet, perfect for doing business.

The location was perfect for experiencing the real India, with a safe area for walking and nearby local restaurants. The hotel provided excellent service, including arranging transport to the airport when we were about to miss our flight. the facilities, food, and hospitality were top-notch.

They were friendly, attentive, and went above and beyond to ensure that I had a comfortable stay. the location of the hotel was also ideal, as it was conveniently located near my business meetings, making my commute hassle, free. Additionally, the hotel offered a wide range of amenities and facilities, including a well, equipped gym and a spacious swimming pool, which I enjoyed using during my downtime.

I did have a few minor issues during my stay. the in, room dining options were quite expensive compared to the bar and dining facilities within the hotel.

I recently stayed at Grand Hyatt in Mumbai for my husband's birthday. We had a wonderful experience as we were upgraded to a spacious patio room and even received complimentary cake. The package we booked included complimentary alcoholic drinks and breakfast, which was perfect for enjoying with friends. The breakfast spread had a wide variety of options and the staff, especially Ms. Nivedita at check-in, Ms. Ankita at the lounge, and Mr. Rohit at China House, were incredibly pleasant and ensured our stay was comfortable. it was a fantastic stay with excellent service and amenities.

From a prompt check-in to the delivery of our luggage, they made sure we had a smooth and comfortable experience. the room service was excellent, with a QR code-based system, and they even followed up with an alternative when one item was unavailable. the staff was well-informed about the hotel facilities and location, and the breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of options. the check-out process was quick and they even presented us with flowers. the bell desk took care of our luggage and stayed with us until our car arrived. it was an amazing stay and we would definitely return.

During my Christmas stay, I really liked the delicious breakfast options and the polite and caring staff. the hotel also surprised us with a chocolate cake for our anniversary, which was unexpected and truly delicious. Additionally, the hotel's proximity to the airport and its quiet location were major advantages. It was a rare find to have a peaceful place to stay in a busy city like Mumbai.

There were a couple of negative aspects of my experience. the bath soap provided had an unpleasant smell.
