We had a wonderful stay here. The location was really convenient for exploring the city center and all its tourist attractions. The staff provided top-notch service, helping us with all of our requests. The room was well-appointed with all the modern amenities, including an in-room safe, soundproofed walls, and a mini-bar. We especially loved the terrace where we could sit and enjoy the garden furniture while sipping our morning tea. The on-site dining options were also superb, with a great breakfast spread, bar/lounge area, and snack bar.

We highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay.

The staff provides great service and attention to detail. The buffet breakfast served on the first level is lavish, although it could include more western options.

I recently stayed at Grand Mercure for a few days on a visit to Mysore. The hospitality was excellent and the staff, including receptionists, valets, and waiters, were extremely courteous and welcoming. The rooms were spacious, clean, and well-maintained, with comfy beds. The buffet breakfast had a wide variety of delicious options, and the hotel's central location made it convenient to explore the city. The gym was well-equipped, and the rooftop pool was a great place to relax. a wonderful experience!

Very impressed with the comfortable stay at Grand Mercure. The junior suite balcony offered a perfect view of the Mysore Dussehra procession. The staff was always smiling, the service excellent, and the restaurant breakfast spread was great. Enjoyed my stay.

The location was perfect for our weekend getaway, as it was situated in the heart of the city. the staff was welcoming and friendly, and made us feel at home. the complementary breakfast and dinner were delicious and diverse, offering a wide range of local and international cuisine. the pool area was well maintained and provided a relaxing environment to unwind.

The room we were given was not cleaned properly. We found some belongings left behind by the previous guests.

We enjoyed the spa lounge, with its steam room and spa centre, that provided us with exclusive amenities and entertainment.

The only minor issue we experienced was with the dinner served - it was not up to the same standard as the rest of the hotel. Nevertheless, the breakfast was delicious, and the bar/lounge area offered excellent drinks.
