I recently had the pleasure of staying at a hotel in the leafy suburbs of Karen, Nairobi and it was a truly delightful experience. The hotel is located in a quiet residential area away from the hustle and bustle of the city, providing a peaceful and idyllic ambiance. The attention to detail in the hotel's design and architecture is remarkable, seamlessly blending classic colonial charm with New England influences. The spacious suites are tastefully decorated, exuding a sense of luxury and sophistication. The manicured gardens and breathtaking views of the Ngong hills add to the overall charm of the hotel. It truly felt like a home away from home, with a cozy fireplace where I could curl up and read a book, feeling both comfortable and indulged.

All was more than satisfactory, with no room for improvement.

During my Easter vacation, I had an amazing experience at a hotel in Nairobi. the warm welcome from the staff was truly memorable, and they managed to check me into my room quickly despite my early arrival. the spacious Executive Suite with a four poster bed and a private balcony was absolutely stunning. the breathtaking grounds with rolling green lawns and beautiful flowers created a tranquil atmosphere. Additionally, the spa treatments, especially the massage, provided three hours of pure bliss.

There were a couple of things that could be improved. the breakfast selection was quite small.

I stayed at Hemingways for a few nights before my safari and it was worth every penny. The luxurious feeling throughout the hotel was incredible and the grounds were truly gorgeous. I appreciated the provision of bottled water, although I would have liked to see more in glass bottles rather than plastic. Sitting by the pool after my flight was so relaxing and my room was lovely and comfortable. The breakfast had a delicious variety of options. it was a very comfortable and enjoyable stay.

I had an incredible two-day stay at Hemingways and was truly treated like royalty from beginning to end. The staff went above and beyond to accommodate my needs, even assisting me in retrieving my lost luggage from the airline earlier than expected. The room was absolutely stunning, with the most beautiful views from the balcony. The lush grounds were impeccably maintained, thanks to the hardworking gardeners. The spa was a highlight, ensuring a relaxing and rejuvenating experience. I felt like a queen during my stay at Hemingways and would highly recommend it.
