The hotel's provided database mentions the indoor play area and the on-site entertainment program, which were great for leisure. The room was simple but had everything you would need, very clean, always well stocked with water and other soft drinks, and fresh fruit daily.

The bed was uncomfortable, not good for a 5-star hotel. the beach was overcrowded and unclean, with lots of insects.

the close proximity to the beach and the tranquil atmosphere made for a perfect retreat. the attentive staff, from reception to room service, ensured every need was met. the delicious and varied food options, especially at the Italian restaurant, were a highlight. Special thanks to the manager, Ahmed, and the guest relation team for their exceptional hospitality.

Fantastic stay with delicious food and friendly staff! The Italian and Brazilian BBQ restaurants added variety to the dining experience, while Chef Fahmy's grilled dishes were outstanding 🍴. Beach bar and clean beach were perfect for relaxation. Only downside was the limited bar stock, especially mixers and wine, but it didn't detract from the overall positive experience. Would definitely consider returning for another relaxing getaway!

As a young family, we loved the welcoming and cheerful staff like Mr. Nagy from the reception. The room upgrade was appreciated, and we enjoyed the 48-inch TV with all channels, including beIN sports. The heated pool was a good temperature for January. The hotel's location near a center with a supermarket and pharmacy was convenient for snacks and essentials.

I particularly enjoyed the heated pool and Jacuzzi, which provided the perfect way to unwind after a long day of meetings. Many visitors to Hurghada seek a hotel with a pool, and Old Palace Resort Sahl Hasheesh certainly delivers on this front, providing a relaxing and enjoyable experience for guests.
