We had a wonderful stay at this place. The location of the hotel in a calm area made it a perfect choice for us, as it was easily accessible to the temple. The staff provided exceptional service, from the room service to the car hire and housekeeping. We were impressed by the airport shuttle service and tours/ticket assistance. The room amenities like ironing facilities and air conditioning added to our comfort. We also appreciated the availability of tea and coffee facilities, as well as the flat-screen TV and free toiletries provided. The staff at the on-site restaurant were friendly and the breakfast spread was delightful.

We had a minor issue with the breakfast buffet as there were fewer dishes available and some of them were cold. However, upon requesting, the staff promptly provided hot dishes.

The Property is new and very close to the famous Guruvayor temple. The staff was really courteous and helpful throughout our stay. The rooms were well lit, comfy, and suitable for families with children. The Nivedyam restaurant was a great place to dine with a nice menu.

Felt very welcomed, no complaints.
