There was some noise from a cooling system in our room, which made it difficult to sleep comfortably at times. The room had a glass ceiling covered with curtains, which let in a lot of light in the early morning, making it hard to sleep in.

I had a wonderful stay at this stunning palace hotel located in the very center of the city. The location was perfect, as it was near all the major attractions and in close proximity to the palace. The room was beautiful, with a spacious terrace that provided a lovely view. The staff was extremely attentive and polite, going out of their way to ensure my comfort. The breakfast was delicious, offering a wide variety of options. The hotel also had excellent facilities, including a world-class wine cellar.

There were a few issues with the room. The ceiling, made partly of glass and covered with curtains, allowed too much light in early morning, disrupting my sleep.

The suite we stayed in during Easter was huge and had plenty of space for our family. We also liked that everything in the fridge was included, including a bottle of champagne. The location was great, close to all the key attractions we wanted to see. The breakfast was really enjoyable and had a nice a la carte selection.

The only downside of our otherwise amazing experience at this hotel was that the leisure/TV room was a bit outdated and not as luxurious as the rest of the venue.
