Mr Anupam and the housekeeping team provide top-notch service, ensuring a comfortable stay. the hotel's tie-ups for local sightseeing and airport drops add convenience to the experience.

Though the parking was a bit congested, the security promptly assisted with vehicle parking. the restaurant on the 1st floor could improve cleanliness and menu wait times.

The hotel is conveniently located near Ooty Lake, making it a perfect base for exploring the area. It is also within walking distance to the main market and close to popular tourist attractions. The rooms are well-groomed and spacious, with comfortable beds and sufficient storage space. The staff at the hotel are attentive and accommodating, ensuring a pleasant stay. The buffet breakfast offers a variety of delicious cuisine, and the hotel also has a travel desk for organizing day tours.

One downside is that the restaurant can be crowded and the layout is not very welcoming, making it more enjoyable to order dinner in the room.

The location of this hotel is absolutely fantastic – it is just a stone's throw away from the beautiful Ooty lake. Being able to walk to the lake and enjoy the serene view in the morning was such a treat. Additionally, the rooms at this hotel were spacious, well-maintained, and remarkably clean. The attention to detail in terms of cleanliness was impeccable, even down to the spotless bathroom floors. The hotel also provided 24-hour hot water, which was such a luxury, especially in the cold weather of Ooty. Lastly, the staff at this hotel were top-notch. From the down-to-earth manager who personally checked in on guests during breakfast, to the attentive housekeeping staff who went above and beyond to make the room special with towel decorations, and the polite and efficient table service provided at breakfast – the level of service and hospitality was truly impressive.

The location of the hotel was great, offering us stunning views. the rooms were well-maintained, particularly the bathrooms which were sparkling clean. the staff was friendly and accommodating, making our stay more enjoyable.

The breakfast provided was not satisfactory, with a limited selection of items. We were also disturbed by the noise from the surroundings.

Our stay at Hotel Darshan was fantastic. The location of the hotel is perfect, just opposite the lake and within walking distance to the market. The hotel property is well-maintained and the rooms are clean. The travel desk was very helpful in arranging day tours for us. The service standards were superb, with the staff being extremely caring, courteous, and efficient. I would highly recommend this hotel.

I had a great stay at a hotel in Ooty. the staff was extremely courteous and always ready to help. the local sightseeing facilities were good and the location of the hotel was excellent, right opposite the Ooty lake. the food at the restaurant was delicious, especially the North Indian dishes. the breakfast had a live counter of different dosas which was exceptional. the hotel also provided pick up and drop services from Coimbatore at a decent price.

Can't fault anything about it. 😊
