We had an amazing stay at this place! The location was absolutely breathtaking, surrounded by beautiful snow-capped mountains close to nature. The service provided by the hotel staff was exceptional, from the room service to the car hire, they were always attentive and friendly. The room amenities were top-notch, with ironing facilities, a cozy heating system, a comfortable sitting area, and a lovely terrace with garden furniture. The dining experience was fantastic, with a delicious welcome drink and a fantastic dining restaurant serving mouthwatering meals. The hotel also offered tours and ticket assistance, making it convenient for us to explore the area. we had a wonderful time and would highly recommend this venue to anyone.

Our request for a mountain view room was not fulfilled, and we were instead assigned a street view room despite having made a prior deposit. some of the staff members were impolite, which left us with a negative impression of their customer service.
