My stay at Avenue Inn was delightful. The location was perfect for exploring San Luis Obispo, with the Palm Theatre and Art Central just a short walk away. The room, though a bit small, was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with a TV.

The only minor inconvenience was the sink located outside the bathroom. While the room was well-appointed, having the sink outside the bathroom meant that turning on the light to use it could potentially disturb my partner's sleep if I woke up earlier.

Stayed at Avenue Inn Downtown for a week while visiting Cal Poly. Perfect location, close to campus and downtown. Free parking, comfortable beds, and lots of pillows. Managers were excellent, helping us with our special needs. Short walk to restaurants, stores, and farmers market. Recently renovated rooms with a modern bathroom. Clean and well-maintained exterior. Great value for the price.

We recently stayed at Avenue Inn Downtown for a few nights during our road trip. The location was perfect, within walking distance to the old town and a short drive to the beaches. The rooms were clean and modern, with comfortable beds and amazing AC. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. We loved the convenience of being right off the highway, yet nestled in a quiet area with plenty of shopping, dining, and bars just around the corner. The option for interconnecting doors was a great plus for larger groups or families.

We loved the location of this place! It's just a quick walk to the downtown area, and we could even spot the ocean from here. The staff was so welcoming and fulfilled all our requests. Our room had everything we needed, like a dining table and tea and coffee facilities. Additionally, we found everything clean and well-maintained, and the amenities were more than satisfactory.

Great value for money. Perfect for short stay. Convenient location, short walk to downtown. Comfortable bed, clean linens, good pillows, very clean bathroom. Insulated windows keep it quiet in the room despite busy street outside. Staff was friendly and helpful. Good recommendation for dinner. Allowed us to leave our luggage at the front desk for the afternoon.
