Had a nice stay, but the check-in took ages as they seemed understaffed. The comfy beds and clean room made up for it, though. Chur!

Unfortunately, my experience at the Baymont was less than ideal. The first room we were given had a musty smell that lingered throughout our stay, and it was difficult to fully relax due to this discomfort. Additionally, there was quite a bit of noise from children running in the hallways, which kept us awake at night. We hoped for a restful stay, but these issues made it challenging to enjoy our time here.

the staff seemed completely uninterested, with no friendliness at check-in. the $150 deposit is a total outrage, especially when other hotels charge half that. i almost gave a good review, but the musty smell in the room was unbearable. absolutely no sense of comfort whatsoever, no one offered any complimentary gesture to fix this ridiculous experience.

The pool area was inviting for a swim, and the facilities were well-maintained. I truly appreciated how they remembered my name and jumped to assist me whenever I needed help.

Felt almost like at home, nothing to complain about.

Checked in and the staff were sweeter than a Georgia peach! They helped us switch to a room with a working fridge for the baby’s milk. The breakfast spread was delicious, and the pool was a perfect spot to unwind. Can’t wait to come back next time we’re in town!

The elevators are extraordinarily loud!!! There were strange odors upon entry that detracted from the experience!!! To top it off, the air conditioning could use some serious attention!!!

The breakfast sausage was delicious. coffee was amazing. great service. working hot tub and indoor pool! I loved the fact that coffee and water were available all day.

Breakfast was delicious and well stocked, but only one waffle maker caused a line. The staff I interacted with were knowledgeable and helped when I needed assistance. Located in a good area with easy access to eateries nearby.

This place suits me perfectly with its indoor pool, 24-hour reception, and flat-screen TVs. I remember how the staff helped me with an insect bite during my first stay. They truly care about guests. Can't wait to come back for a weekend!
