I always choose this hotel for my stay. The staff helped me find places with a good exchange rate on my first visit. It suits me perfectly with Wi-Fi, on-site car park, 24-hour reception, indoor swimming pool, jacuzzi. Coming back for New Year!

Friendly and helpful front desk. Kind breakfast staff prepared delicious food for us. Great room and amazing pool. Quiet, no noise from other guests. Appreciated being able to have my service dog with me.

I had a wonderful stay at Baymont in Springfield! I was in town for back-to-back doctor appointments and decided to try out this hotel. The room was clean, updated, and offered more amenities than I expected. The breakfast included eggs and sausage, which was a nice change from the usual carb-heavy options. Plus, there were plenty of dining options nearby when we wanted to stretch our legs after a long day. We will definitely be staying here again!

We stayed at Baymont for 3 or 4 nights and had a great experience. The staff was friendly and always willing to help. The complimentary breakfast had a good variety of choices and they even honored our special requests. The pillows were so comfortable that I wanted to buy a couple for my home. The location was convenient and close to everything we needed. it was a pleasant stay and we are looking forward to coming back in September.

We enjoyed every part of our stay! The hotel was excellently maintained, with intact paint throughout. The bathroom area was well maintained and the rest of the room was great. The pool was amazing and the location was perfect, just off the highway. We also loved the fact that there was ample parking available. The hotel's location in a good area made it easy to find and close enough to most shopping and sightseeing areas.

The staff were friendly and helpful during my stay, ensuring that all my needs were met. Additionally, the breakfast provided was delicious and had a wide variety of options to choose from, including waffles, scrambled eggs, and sausage.

Who needs a fully lit hotel room or body lotion anyway? Dim lights and lack of toiletries really added to the adventure of my stay.
