The hotel is new and has a decent location with nice surroundings.

The room doors are very loud, waking up my kids and scaring our dog. Late checkout of only 30 minutes after 12 was a joke.

The location of the hotel is fantastic, with several waterfront restaurants just steps away. the breakfast was amazing, with a great variety of fresh and delicious options. the staff were incredibly kind, welcoming, and helpful, going above and beyond to assist us with a car issue even though it wasn't their parking lot.

The hotel's location is perfect! It is right across the street from the harbor, offering stunning views over the harbor. The rooms are also amazing, with specific views available and even a sofa for added comfort. The staff were incredibly friendly and provided prompt service throughout our stay. Additionally, the breakfast included in our stay was superb, with a variety of delicious options to choose from.

The Hyatt Place Boston/Seaport District exceeded my expectations with its stunning harbour views and well-equipped rooms. The modern facilities, including complimentary wireless Internet access and a 24-hour business center, made my stay both productive and enjoyable. The convenience of having a kitchenette in the room added an extra level of comfort, allowing me to enjoy a cozy night in with a picturesque view of the waterfront.

Although the overall experience was exceptional, I was slightly disappointed by the absence of drinking water in the room. While this was a minor inconvenience, it would have been a thoughtful addition to an otherwise flawless stay.

The hotel's location by the sea was perfect, allowing us easy access to seafood restaurants for dinner and being close to everything we needed.

We had a great stay at Hyatt Place! the hotel is well situated, with clean and comfortable beds. the snack and drinks bar, as well as the lounge bar, were a nice touch. the rooms were quiet and the staff was accommodating and pleasant. We were able to check in early and the front desk answered all our questions and provided support when we needed it. the rooms had modern amenities like chrome cast and breakfast was good. it was a fantastic stay and we highly recommend Hyatt Place!
