I had a fantastic value for my money at this hotel. The room was spacious and well-ventilated, and the staff treated me wonderfully. I even received a complimentary upgrade to a suite room and a heartfelt birthday cake. Special thanks to Mr. Piyush, Mr. Rajat, Mr. Ujjawal, and Mr. Rishi for making my stay so enjoyable.

The breakfast could have been better with a wider variety of options.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this centrally located hotel. The lounge access was a luxurious treat for us adults, with excellent staff and delicious snacks. The breakfast spread was lavish, offering a wide variety of options. The fresh fruit bowl provided every morning was a nice touch. This being our second time at the property, we were once again impressed with the overall experience and would definitely choose to stay here again on future trips.

The hotel's architecture exudes a regal feel, while the rooms boast modern amenities. Ideal refuge from the scorching heat, with the option to relax in the gym or spa. Staff went the extra mile to make special occasions memorable.

As longer term business travelers, we really appreciated the comfortable and clean rooms at the hotel. The large vaulted rooms in the reception and dining areas were also a nice touch. Additionally, the variety of food available at the several restaurants, including Indian cuisine, made dining enjoyable.

The service at the hotel was top, notch and the staff went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. They were very helpful in organizing our day trips and the taxi drivers were experts at navigating the chaotic traffic. the rooms were clean and well, maintained, and most of the staff lived up to the high standards expected of a 5, star hotel.

There were a few hiccups during our stay. Some staff members had trouble understanding us, which caused some confusion.

The hotel offers funky-smelling rooms that attempt to mask sewer/plumbing smells. The staff, especially Shafiik, is excellent and great with kids. Some other staff members, including Vijay and Sawmya Pradeep, also provided good service.

Located on the ring road, this hotel is conveniently situated near the Chanakya mall. After a tiring day of sightseeing, the cafe offers a great place to unwind and relax. Guests can enjoy the comfortable rooms and highly obliging housekeeping services.

Some guests have experienced miscommunication among the staff and confusion with meal plans.

As foreign tourists, we loved the friendly and courteous staff who provided exceptional service throughout our stay. The outdoor swimming pool was clean and well-supervised, and the dining room offered a magnificent choice of food. The staff, led by Pawan and Sneha, were constantly working and made sure every guest was cared for. We were also impressed with the convenient location near the new metro station.

Felt like a home away from home, with nothing to complain about.
