The waterside restaurant offers a stunning view of the lawn and the staff, including Mitish, Trilok, Anish, and Surya, are extremely courteous and helpful. They went out of their way to accommodate my mom's special request for clear soup, even though it wasn't on the menu. The level of attentiveness was just right, not overwhelming. a big thank you to the staff for their exceptional service.

I was pleasantly surprised by the stunning view of the fountains and lawns during my breakfast at Hyatt Regency. The staff were courteous and welcoming. I recommend this hotel for a pleasant stay.

Modern room design, cozy bar, and great ambience. Excellent customer service, comparable to Japan. Good location and high level of cleanliness. Spacious rooms with huge bathrooms and complimentary toiletries. Good breakfast buffet with a nice selection of South-Indian dishes.

The hotel is close to a metro station and shops, which makes it convenient for sightseeing and shopping. The breakfast has a good spread and the waterside cafe is worth visiting. The rooms are spacious, with excellent room service and housekeeping staff. Anupam and Aishwarya, the housekeeping team, provide prompt and excellent services. The swimming pool is clean, and the hotel has a great ambience overall.

There were instances of poor service, such as delayed response to luggage delivery and an incomplete dinner order.

Staying at this hotel was a luxurious experience. the exclusive amenities such as massage, spa, and wellness centre helped us to relax after a long day of sightseeing. the garden area and outdoor swimming pool were perfect for soaking up some sun. the restaurant provided halal food and special diet menus to cater for all guests.

Although the service was generally good, there was a minor issue with the packed lunches not being ready on time for our excursion. Nevertheless, the hotel staff quickly resolved the matter and provided a complimentary snack bar.

The free breakfast and room service were great. the hotel is in a convenient location near popular attractions. the room was spacious and comfortable, with soft linens.

Our romantic escape was not as pleasant as expected. the noise level was unbearable, making it difficult to relax and enjoy our time together.
