The staff here are just superb, especially Abdul, who took care of me to the finest detail. They are very cooperative and dedicated, even jumping in without a shower to ensure everything is perfect. Anand at the tea coffee stall was delightful! the breakfast had a good variety and was a great start to the day. the hotel's location is in the heart of the city, making it convenient for shopping and sightseeing. the rooms were spotless and the service top-notch, making this stay one of my best experiences. the hotel's calm and soothing ambiance was another positive point.

One thing that could be improved is the check-out process, where pre-filled details were still required at the last minute, causing a bit of rush. the room quality could be better maintained to match the rest of the hotel's lavish ambiance.

The service for ordering tea took nearly an hour and receiving a toothbrush took another hour.

This hotel is a luxurious venue that caters to exclusive amenities. the service was impeccable, and the Spa & wellness centre was a delightful experience. the Swimming pool and outdoor swimming pool were stunning and the steam room was clean and relaxing. the restaurant provided special diet menus and the bar/lounge area offered a great atmosphere for cocktails. the room advantages were exclusive and lived up to the hotel's reputation.

Despite the luxurious amenities provided, the hotel was lacking in location advantages. the private facilities were not as exclusive as advertised, and the sauna left a bit to be desired.

This hotel is located in a wonderful neighborhood, closely connected to the main tourist attractions of the area. The food quality at the hotel is quite impressive, especially the biryani. The cleanliness and safety protocols followed are noteworthy.

Some areas of the hotel, including the restaurants, fell short of expectations.
