I had an amazing stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was top-notch, with everything spotless and well-maintained. The staff was incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to make me feel welcome. They even surprised me with a card and a rose for my anniversary, which was such a sweet gesture. The location of the hotel was perfect, as it was very close to everything I wanted to visit in this city. Additionally, the breakfast provided in the morning was delicious and a great way to start the day.

The fitness center at Towneplace Suites was excellent with a good variety of equipment. I also appreciated the well-lit parking area. my stay was fantastic and I would recommend this hotel.

I was disappointed that the swimming pool was not available due to a broken heater. Additionally, there was a lack of amenities in the room, such as no bedding for the pull-out couch and only one small bar of soap.

The kitchen in the room was great for cooking Thanksgiving dinner and having leftovers. The spacious sitting area and breakfast room were perfect for hanging out with family. The staff was friendly and helpful, they even honored our request for a quiet room away from the elevator and ice machine. The hotel's location made getting to nearby attractions and activities easy.

The pull-out love seat mattress was very uncomfortable, you could feel every spring and support. , the hallway noise was a bit disruptive during both nights of our stay.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The 1 bedroom suite with a door to the bedroom was perfect for two people on different schedules. The common sitting area and breakfast room were spacious, allowing us to relax and enjoy our meals. The breakfast buffet was amazing, with a wide variety of delicious options such as eggs, bacon, waffles, biscuits and gravy. The staff, especially Vicky, Rae, and the rest of the team, were incredibly accommodating and went above and beyond to meet our requests. The room itself was modern, clean, and had a great small kitchen. The shower was exceptional, and we wish we could take it home with us. The hotel's location was very convenient, as it was very close to everything we needed. this hotel surpassed our expectations and we will definitely be using it for all of our future stays in this city.
