We had an amazing stay at a hotel with a beautiful rooftop view of the fort. The location was perfect, as it was in the center of the city and close to the dunes. The room was spacious, modern, and clean. The staff was incredibly accommodating, going above and beyond to make our stay perfect. The breakfast spread was delicious, and the concierge service was impeccable. We also enjoyed the pool and gym facilities.

The restaurant service could be improved, with waiters needing to be reminded multiple times for requests.

I had an exceptional stay at Marriott. The staff exceeded my expectations and made me feel special and welcome. Mansi, the manager, went out of her way to ensure I experienced the culture of the city. The breakfast buffet was delicious and diverse. The rooftop restaurant, WYRA, had hospitable staff and satisfying food. The daily cultural event was entertaining and immersive. If you're looking for the best resort in Jaisalmer, Marriott is the one.

The hotel offered a beautiful garden view with a spacious room, perfect for families with young children. the warm welcome we received from the staff also made us feel right at home. the breakfast spread was superb with a variety of options to choose from.

The service was not up to par as the hotel seemed to be overbooked. the staff seemed untrained and did not provide satisfactory assistance regarding meal plan changes.

Front desk manager Mohit and staff Rahul, Gaurav, Ankit, and Manik deserve a shout out.

The luxurious amenities provided by this hotel were truly exclusive and top, notch. the service staff were courteous and friendly, providing us with excellent room service and making sure all our needs were fulfilled. the swimming pool was a highlight, with its well, maintained water and comfortable sun terrace. the location was fantastic, providing us with easy access to nearby tourist attractions and gardens. the restaurant had a wide range of food options, catering to our dietary preferences and even providing special diet menus.

The sauna facilities at the hotel were a bit underwhelming, with limited availability and poor upkeep. Although the make, up services and beauty treatments were advertised, there was minimal information available about these services, and the staff seemed uninterested in providing more information.
