The hostel's central location in Tapovan was a real plus, with easy access to the marketplace and restaurants near Laxman Jhula. The dorms were well-equipped, offering privacy with curtains, lockers, and power outlets. The friendly staff, especially Vijay, were very accommodating, and the rooftop cafe provided a great view. While there were some minor issues with noise and cleanliness, overall, my stay was comfortable and enjoyable.

From waking up to the sound of the Ganges to the continental breakfast to exploring the Himalayan Yog Ashram nearby, it was a surreal experience. I even tried my hand at table tennis!

Good location near Laxman jhula/Sai ghat, walkable. Welcoming and helpful staff, made me feel safe as a solo female traveler. Clean dorms and delicious food in the cafeteria. Rooftop terrace is a nice place to relax and meet others. A recommended stay for solo travelers.

The hostel is da bomb, man! Super chill vibes, with the staff being mega cool and always willing to help a fellow out, making you feel like part of the fam. the cafe up on the rooftop has a rad view and the dishes are totally scrumptious. Although the parking situation is a bit of a bummer, everything else is straight-up awesome, making it a definite must-visit spot in Rishikesh. 🌟

Very friendly staff made me feel like royalty, welcoming me warmly as if I were a queen strolling into her castle. Tej and Rahul were exceptional hosts, exuding joy and creating a homey atmosphere that's hard to find elsewhere. Their warmth and care made my solo trip feel like a reunion with old friends.

One kind manager stands out among the staff. Cons? Some areas need a facelift, like 8-bunk dorms and tired mattresses. the breakfast needs a glow-up too. Despite the flaws, Joey's vibe and food make up for it. Plus, Ayurpak and Ira's Kitchen are a chai-spill away for more munchie adventures.

Always stay here. Found lost bracelet. Perfect for me. Wi-Fi, car park, dryer, kettle, AC, laundry. Adults only, table tennis, games, play area, lockers. Airport shuttle, secure, no smoking. Returning for Easter.

we had a fantastic time at Joey'S Hostel. the staff was incredibly friendly, and the organised activities provided great fun. the location was perfect, allowing us to explore easily. the room was cozy and the comfortable bed ensured a good night's rest.
