This luxurious hotel exceeded our expectations. the exclusive amenities, including the spa lounge, sauna and full, body massage, provided us with an unforgettable experience. the outdoor swimming pool with its infinity pool and sun loungers gave us a lavish escape from the hustle and bustle of the city. the restaurant's packed lunches and special diet menus were delicious and provided us with nourishing meals. the private facilities in our room, such as the BBQ facilities, made us feel like VIPs.

The only minor issue we experienced was with the service at the restaurant. Although the food was great, the waitstaff seemed a bit overworked and could have been more attentive to the in, house guest's needs.

I had an amazing stay at this modern and luxurious hotel. the breakfast spread was fantastic with a lot of variety and the staff was very professional and courteous. the view from the top floors was breathtaking and the bedding was extremely comfortable.

The security team at the entrance could have been more welcoming and the bidet pressure in the toilet was too low. the live buffet counters could be improved.

The service provided by Rohit Jaiswal and the entire staff is exceptional, with their helpfulness and constant smiles. The facilities are top-notch, and the breakfast buffet is a standout feature.

We had a fantastic stay at JW Marriott Kolkata. The hotel had a beautiful, modern design and the staff were incredibly attentive. One particular staff member, Zareen, went above and beyond to assist us with car arrangements and answer our questions. The Indian breakfast was delicious, although the croissants were a bit overcooked. Despite a few minor drawbacks, we had a great experience overall and would recommend this hotel.
