Our room was spacious and updated, with comfortable beds and a nice view of the mountains. The staff was friendly and accommodating, and the location was convenient to everything we wanted to do. We also appreciated having a microwave and refrigerator in the room.

The hotel exterior and lobby were run-down, and the narrow, uneven stairs were difficult to navigate with luggage. The noise from the ceiling kept us up at night, and the bathroom could use some updates.
