Now, about the service, it was somewhat lost in translation. the language barrier was like a game of charades, and the safari experience left us feeling a bit like we were on a wild goose chase.

the complementary items in the rooms were a nice touch, and the non-spicy food was a welcome change. the landscaping and riverside areas were beautiful, enhancing relaxation. the massage at the spa was rejuvenating, and exploring the nearby Kabini River and Reservoir strengthened family bonds.

I always stay here. Remember first time, staff kind showing shopping spots. Everything perfect: internet, free parking, pool, AC, games, gym. No pets. I return for holidays.

The staff here are top-notch, always ready to help, really appreciated all their effort. 🌟 the Spa and outdoor swimming pool were fantastic for chilling out and relaxing after a day of exploring. the only bummer was the water activities' gear being a bit shabby, the Boat Safari turned out to be a dud, a bit of a letdown considering the potential there.
