King's Cliff is an outstanding heritage property with attentive staff. the mix of heritage and greenery creates a wonderful ambiance. the location, hospitality, food, and overall experience are top-notch. Marshall, Irsha, Yaswanth, Sekar, and Moses were exceptional in ensuring a memorable stay.

Rooms need refurbishment. Noise from neighboring rooms.

Chose this hotel for a conclave. Good for both business and leisure. Enjoyed the neat English styled rooms and exceptional food variety. Staff was friendly and location was superb with beautiful views.

Lack of alcohol service for business events.

Our purpose was a weekend getaway, and we stayed for two nights at this charming hilltop hotel. the location was ideal with stunning views of the hills. the rooms had a beautiful English style and were impeccably clean. the restaurant served delicious food, a key factor in choosing to stay here again. the staff, especially Sabrina and Marshal, provided exceptional hospitality. the ambiance was cozy, and the working fireplaces added a delightful touch. Special thanks to Shekar for the perfect turn-down service in the evenings. Cons: Couldn't recommend this hotel more.

The basic amenities provided were decent, and we particularly enjoyed the complimentary breakfast. The extensive menu offered delicious Indian fare, and we appreciated the option to pre-order our preferences the night before.

Can honestly say there wasn't anything not to like.

Located in the mountains, King's Cliff offers a stunning view and a well-maintained garden. The rooms are neat and the bathroom is clean and spacious. The staff provides excellent service and the restaurant, Earls Secret, offers a fabulous dining experience.

The breakfast service can be slow, so it's important to plan some extra time for it.

I had the most incredible stay at a charming heritage property in the picturesque hills of Ooty. The hotel staff went above and beyond to make me feel welcome and ensured that I had a memorable experience. The breathtaking view from the cottages was simply breathtaking, especially during sunset. The food options were extensive, with the continental dishes being absolutely delicious. The service provided by the staff, particularly Sathya and Daniel, was exceptional. They were knowledgeable, friendly, and made me feel like a valued guest. The hotel's vintage decor and cozy fireplace added a touch of charm to my stay. I highly recommend this wonderful hotel.

This charming old villa is situated away from the hustle and bustle, in a peaceful hillside location. the property is over 100 years old with only a small number of rooms. the in-house library and fireplaces in the evening create a cozy and comfortable atmosphere. the staff are incredibly friendly and accommodating. One of the highlights was going for a morning walk with one of the staff members, who showed us a bison. the restaurant was exceptional and one of the best dining experiences we had during our trip.

The property could use some maintenance attention and some of the rooms had issues with dust strains. However, these were minor issues and did not take away from the overall experience.
