I had a fantastic stay in this hotel, located right near the Central Station in downtown. The room was clean and comfortable, with a fridge, kettle, and daily water bottles provided. The staff were friendly and helpful, always willing to offer advice with a smile. The breakfast offered a good mix of Asian and Western cuisine, and there were taxis available outside the hotel for easy transportation.

During our work trip, we stayed at a great budget hotel in the center of Yangon. The location was near excellent restaurants, spas, and the circle train, making it very convenient for us. The staff at the hotel were exceptionally nice and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well stocked with everything we needed. Although the breakfast didn't fully meet our preferences, it offered an excellent traditional regional breakfast experience. we had a comfortable and convenient stay at this hotel and would definitely choose to stay here again when returning to Yangon.

The staff at the hotel were excellent, providing warm and friendly service throughout our Christmas stay. the rooms were spacious, very clean, and had the best wifi we experienced during our trip. the breakfast offered a diverse range of delicious local and international dishes.

The hot water was not running during our stay, especially in the mornings and evenings. Additionally, the location just outside the main entrance was not very appealing, with noise from the adjacent road being disruptive at times.
