My friends and I had the absolute time of our lives at HOTEL TRIPLETS and ENTERTAINMENT! From dancing the night away to trying out crazy rides, it was non-stop fun. the rooms were super comfy, and the staff made sure we had the best time ever!

We wished there was a livelier nightlife scene around for us young party animals to keep the fun going all night long! .

Room taps malfunctioned, noisy roof, dirty balcony, yet the staff's bucket shower service saved the day. Five friends, zero hot water - bucket baths for the win! Props to the smiling front office gals. Cozy bed, tasty brekkie, and a weird room check on my solo sleep buddy. Comfy stay, thanks to the staff's creative problem-solving. Cheers to those hot water buckets, a lifesaver in the middle of room tap chaos.

The spacious rooms provided a comfortable retreat for our large family. the kids thoroughly enjoyed exploring the historic property and the staff's warm hospitality made us feel right at home.

My wife says that a dedicated kids' play area would enhance the family experience.

The washbasin taps in our room were not functioning properly, and the shower head was not clean, which could be improved for better guest experience. the noise coming from the roof was quite disturbing, impacting our sleep quality.

Beautiful property with a comfortable room and great buffet. The location is convenient with parking available. Though the hotel has some minor maintenance issues, overall I had a pleasant stay at Ktdc Mascot. I would recommend this hotel to others.

I always stay here for trips. Staff found me a car first visit. Has all I need: Wi, Fi, valet parking, restaurant, pool. Perfect for me, with wheelchair access, AC, non, smoking rooms. Coming back soon! .

Convenient location, helpful staff, pleasant ambience. Excellent Malayali cuisine. Clean areas, beautiful gardens. Good and spacious rooms. Front office staff always smiling. Varied buffet for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Ideal for working guests.

The hotel's location is fantastic and very convenient. It is surrounded by many shops, restaurants, and bars. the staff is very friendly and accommodating. the garden is also very beautiful and perfect for an afternoon stroll.

The hotel is overdue for renovations. the room was dirty, and the Wi-Fi hardly worked.
