We had a wonderful stay at Le Meridien Mahabaleshwar Resort & Spa. The spacious room provided a great view from the terrace, and the on-site Indian restaurant served delicious food with excellent service. The property's focus on nature and activities like nature trails and sporting activities made our stay enjoyable and catered to all ages. The personalized service was impressive, with the staff knowing our names and fulfilling our requests efficiently. The heated pool was a fantastic addition, allowing us to enjoy a swim anytime of the year.

This hotel offers luxurious amenities including a spa and wellness centre with sauna, outdoor swimming pool, jacuzzi, body wraps, and full body massage. The service is outstanding, with friendly and professional staff. The location advantages provide scenic views from sundown to sunrise.

The packed lunches are not up to par with the rest of the dining options. However, this is a minor issue compared to the overall experience at this exclusive venue where the beauty treatment, steam room, and in-room breakfast make for a truly indulgent and enjoyable stay.

We appreciated the free breakfast and the breathtaking view from our room overlooking the lush forests. The location was ideal for a romantic escape, as it was nestled away from the city hustle and bustle. The bed was comfortable and the atmosphere was peaceful, allowing us to relax. A highlight for us was the candlelit dinner on the terrace which created a truly romantic experience.

The staff was generally unhelpful and not fluent in English. It took a long time to get checked in and there were no apologies offered.

The staff at Le Meridien Mahabaleshwar were incredibly helpful and accommodating. They arranged for a doctor when my son fell ill and waived the charges for the room and unused food. The heated pool was a fantastic feature, and the food at Chingari restaurant was outstanding, especially the Gallouti kebabs by Chef Hemant. The service at Chingari, particularly from our waiter Nagesh, was exceptional. The bakery items made by Chef Shivani were delicious, and the breakfast spread was good.

Felt totally at home, no reason to complain.
