The room at Le Meridien Mahabaleshwar Resort & Spa was a cozy sanctuary with a private balcony offering stunning views, a luxurious deep soaking tub, and super comfy bedding. It made me feel like I was on top of the world!

Personally, I found the room a bit compact.

My recent stay at this hotel was simply amazing! the staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, always ready to go the extra mile to ensure a comfortable and enjoyable stay. the room service was prompt and efficient, and the housekeeping team kept everything immaculately clean. the spa facilities were top-notch, offering a wide range of relaxing treatments. the infinity pool overlooking the stunning landscapes was a definite highlight, perfect for unwinding and soaking up the beautiful surroundings. the onsite activities and facilities, especially for kids, were a fantastic touch that added to the overall experience.

While my experience at this hotel was overwhelmingly positive, one area that could be improved is the variety and taste of the breakfast options. Although the buffet had a decent selection, enhancing the menu with more diverse and flavorful dishes would elevate the dining experience even more.

Our friendly butler, prashant rai, arranged a wonderful anniversary celebration with complimentary cocktails and room decorations. the hospitality, food, and activities were exceptional, including snacks for our return journey. the villa setup amidst acres of jungle was truly a unique experience, with engaging activities for both adults and kids. Special thanks to the staff, including chef hemant, restaurant staff amit, and games organiser rakesh, for their fantastic service.

Clean and spacious rooms with friendly and helpful staff. Numerous facilities for children and a beautiful infinity pool. Delicious food at the on-site Indian restaurant, Chingari. Enjoyable visit to a neighboring farm for organic produce. a fantastic family-friendly resort.

The restaurant offers special vegetarian and vegan dishes, and the staff is friendly and willing to customize your order. The resort is surrounded by a lush green forest, and the area around the property is well-maintained. You can enjoy your meal at the Changari restaurant in the forest of 27 acres without disturbing the natural environment.

The Wi-Fi connection is unreliable and weak.

Peaceful environment, electric carts for transport, wonderful staff, great food, well-designed property, recommended for relaxing.

We had a wonderful stay at Le Meridien Mahabaleshwar Resort & Spa. The spacious room provided a great view from the terrace, and the on-site Indian restaurant served delicious food with excellent service. The property's focus on nature and activities like nature trails and sporting activities made our stay enjoyable and catered to all ages. The personalized service was impressive, with the staff knowing our names and fulfilling our requests efficiently. The heated pool was a fantastic addition, allowing us to enjoy a swim anytime of the year.

This hotel offers luxurious amenities including a spa and wellness centre with sauna, outdoor swimming pool, jacuzzi, body wraps, and full body massage. the service is outstanding, with friendly and professional staff. the location advantages provide scenic views from sundown to sunrise.

The packed lunches are not up to par with the rest of the dining options. this is a minor issue compared to the overall experience at this exclusive venue where the beauty treatment, steam room, and in-room breakfast make for a truly indulgent and enjoyable stay.

We appreciated the free breakfast and the breathtaking view from our room overlooking the lush forests. the location was ideal for a romantic escape, as it was nestled away from the city hustle and bustle. the bed was comfortable and the atmosphere was peaceful, allowing us to relax. A highlight for us was the candlelit dinner on the terrace which created a truly romantic experience.

The staff was generally unhelpful and not fluent in English. It took a long time to get checked in and there were no apologies offered.

The staff at Le Meridien Mahabaleshwar were incredibly helpful and accommodating. They arranged for a doctor when my son fell ill and waived the charges for the room and unused food. The heated pool was a fantastic feature, and the food at Chingari restaurant was outstanding, especially the Gallouti kebabs by Chef Hemant. The service at Chingari, particularly from our waiter Nagesh, was exceptional. The bakery items made by Chef Shivani were delicious, and the breakfast spread was good.

Felt totally at home, no reason to complain.
