During my stay, I encountered significant issues with the cleanliness of my room, which had a persistent musty smell that affected my comfort. It led to a frustrating experience that required me to request a room change, which, although handled well by the staff, shouldn't have been necessary. The breakfast options were disappointingly repetitive, lacking variety, and overall, the dining experience felt chaotic and uncoordinated at times.

The staff truly shone here! I was taken aback by how attentive everyone was, from the cheerful kitchen crew to the polite waitstaff. The breakfast spread was incredible, especially the innovative dishes crafted by the talented chef. I even enjoyed chatting with the restaurant staff, who made me feel like a cherished guest during my stay.

location was perfect. the food was exquisite, especially the breakfast options. big shoutout to chefs Roshan and Ravi for their utmost care in delivering such flavor. also, Tapan was super welcoming and kind, which made our experience even better.

Everything was top-notch.

The staff is courteous and attentive, offering complimentary baby food for my child. Housekeeping did an excellent job maintaining a clean environment and the in-room dining options were exceptional!.

Service response was slow during peak times, which hampered the overall dining experience and left me waiting longer than expected for basic requests.

my stay at novotel was fantastic! the staff, especially chef saroj, was super nice and really attentive. the location is great too, making it easy to explore. i loved the spa services, especially the relaxing massages. and the food? simply delicious with a great buffet for both dinner and breakfast!

i had a great time at novotel ahmedabad, the location is super convenient right off the SG highway with nice shopping nearby. the restaurant staff were really friendly, especially sriparna and deep who made me feel special. rooms were clean and comfy, and the housekeeping was quick to help with anything i needed. breakfast was really good too, had an awesome variety every day! i loved the cozy vibe in the hotel, felt really welcoming!

but the bathroom had some weird stuff like no towel rack and i expected a bathtub at a 5 star place. also, the lift situation was annoying, having to swipe the card all the time was a hassle.

the hotel facilities were top-notch like the gym and spa that helped me unwind after a long day. the cleanliness throughout was on point too. major shoutout to the housekeeping team for keeping everything spotless!

the interiors of the restaurant were beautiful and inviting (felt like a cozy family gathering! ). avinash was incredibly attentive throughout my visit. breakfast spread was vast and changed daily, making each morning exciting!
