We were impressed by the luxurious amenities in this hotel. the spacious and clean rooms were well-maintained, equipped with a Nespresso coffee machine, and had everything we needed. the hotel staff welcomed us with open arms, and as repeat guests, we had a swift check-in process with an upgrade to a Junior Suite. the Executive Lounge had an exclusive breakfast buffet, afternoon tea with delicious sweets, and excellent drinks in the evening. We appreciated the perfectly organised laundry service, polite door attendants with big smiles, and front desk employees. The recently renovated fitness room on Floor 5 had all the training machines we needed, as well as clean changing rooms with rainforest showers. Cons: the pool area was a missed opportunity. the vast, bare area had few loungers and umbrellas. the view from the hotel wasn't great on any side, but this was not the hotel's fault.

Amazing hospitality and excellent service. We were greeted by friendly staff who were ready to assist us even at 2am. The executive lounge on the 21st floor was a highlight, with delicious breakfast and a lovely atmosphere. Special thanks to the lady in the lounge for her efficient and friendly service. The suite we stayed in was spacious and the daily laundry service was a great bonus. a wonderful experience at Swissotel Bangkok Ratchada.

The room was spacious and comfortable, with great privacy from neighboring rooms. the hotel is conveniently located right by the Hui Kuang MRT station, making it easy to explore the city. There is also a night market nearby to check out. Room service was prompt and efficient, and the hotel includes a swimming pool and gym staffed with friendly employees.

The lighting in the room was quite dim, and the floor of the bathroom easily flooded. the choice of breakfast options was a bit disappointing, with only a few halal options available.

The hotel had great amenities including a gym and swimming pool, which were perfect for unwinding after a long day of meetings. the location was also very convenient, with easy access to public transportation and nearby markets and supermarkets. Another thing I liked was the exceptional breakfast buffet, with a wide variety of choices to suit different tastes.

The pillows were a bit too big and not as comfortable as I would have liked. the location could be a bit far from the main area, especially during peak traffic hours.
