Loved the pool, fitness centre, and spa - felt like I was at a fancy retreat. The Bar had a wide selection of drinks. Gorgeous gardens visible from the Deluxe Suite.

Morning breakfast was a delightful experience, especially the Pongal, which definitely didn't meet the Novotel standards.

Our request for a room with special needs was granted immediately. The room was superb with modern facilities, and the staff service was awesome. The O2 spa is a must-visit, and Nethaji really made our spa experience memorable. Overall I'll recommend this hotel.

We had a wonderful romantic escape and enjoyed the complementary amenities provided. the hotel's location was perfect for exploring the city, with several nearby attractions. What impressed us the most was the friendly and attentive staff who made us feel welcomed and catered to our needs.

While our stay was enjoyable, we did encounter a few minor issues. the room was a bit smaller than expected, and the soundproofing could have been better as noise from outside disrupted our sleep.

The restaurant's service and the pool area were excellent. The rooms were clean and spacious, and the staff was extremely helpful. The food options were plentiful, catering to both vegetarian and non-vegetarian preferences.

There was nothing I didn't like.

During our stay, we found the hotel to be ideally situated in a central location. The staff was exceptionally helpful and friendly, particularly Sudheer and Tidhi. We also enjoyed a delicious breakfast, and the landscape was charming.

We did experience some issues with the front desk staff being uncooperative during check-in, as mentioned by some other guests in their reviews.

Staying at Novotel was a delightful experience. the room was clean, comfortable, and spacious. I was impressed by the universal electricity sockets that made charging my devices hassle-free. the staff, especially Sai Ramana and Hemalatha, were friendly and provided excellent service. the breakfast and dinner spreads were fantastic, with a wide variety of delicious options. the hotel's restaurant staff, including Chef Vijay, were a standout. I couldn't find any areas for improvement in the staff's performance. I will definitely visit again in the near future.

This hotel was fantastic. the service was impeccable and the Spa & wellness centre was luxurious. I enjoyed the body scrubs and the massage, which was exceptional. the swimming pools and Garden area were beautiful. the location advantages made exploring the city very easy. the room advantages were exclusive and added to the luxury experience. the delicious in-room breakfast and the restaurant had a great selection of dishes. I loved the bar/ lounge area and the Snack bar. the private facilities were exclusive and the packed lunches were convenient. I felt pampered and relaxed.
