The Crowne Plaza hotel is in a superb location, with charming Xinhua Lu streets and convenient stores nearby. We loved the proximity to coffee shops and restaurants, making it extremely convenient. The beautiful campus of Shanghai Jiao Tong University is a mere 5-minute walk away, perfect for longer term business travelers. The metro station is also very close, and taxis are readily available. The staff at the hotel were incredibly friendly and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable.

Our stay at this hotel was fantastic. The best aspects were the cleanliness, hotel facilities, and the location in the Changning district. The hotel was very clean and well-maintained, ensuring a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The facilities provided by the hotel were also top-notch, meeting all of our needs. Additionally, the hotel is conveniently located close to a train station, making it easy for us to explore the city. There are also many bars and restaurants in the area, giving us plenty of dining options.

The worst aspect was the difficulty in getting taxis. Nothing.

The rooms were spacious and comfortable, providing a good night's sleep after a long day of business meetings. the location of the hotel was convenient, with easy access to popular tourist attractions such as Disneyland. Additionally, the hotel had a well-equipped infrastructure and helpful staff who could speak English.

The meals at the hotel were quite expensive, so I opted to eat at nearby restaurants and cafes instead. the condition of the bathroom was not up to par, as the shower curtain was torn.

Great stay during the New Year. the room was spacious and clean. the food was well-prepared and diverse. the location is excellent, just a short distance from several bars and restaurants, making it easy to explore the area. the hotel also offered a great gym and a refreshing pool to relax in after a long day of exploring.

The limited staff at the front desk, which meant longer wait times. However, the staff members who were available were friendly and accommodating.

As low-budget travelers, we appreciated the clean rooms, great breakfast, and helpful assistance provided at Crowne Plaza Shanghai.

We felt truly looked after, with no complaints whatsoever.
