the staff, especially rohit & sonal, were very friendly and accommodating. from the smooth check-in to the excellent room service, we felt well taken care of. the greenery view and outdoor sitting area added to the pleasant ambiance. the food was delicious, and we enjoyed a week of great hospitality. rakesh and saniya khan were particularly generous, and we appreciate their kindness in extending our checkout time.

During our Christmas stay, we found two great things about this hotel. the location was excellent as it was close to many tourist attractions. the staff were friendly and accommodating, making our stay comfortable. we enjoyed the complimentary breakfast, which had a variety of options to choose from.

One major downside during our stay was the cleanliness of the room. We found some areas to be dusty and the bathroom could have been cleaner.
