Those kulche chole were a spectacular culinary find—definitely the star of breakfast! Also, the hotel had stellar views of the runway, perfect for plane watchers like me. Plus, the staff eventually found a way to my ideal room, which is always a win.

Initially, there was a mix-up with the rooms, but we eventually got what we wanted. However, the toilet jet spray could use a softer touch, and the shower handheld was a bit clogged.

The spacious and clean accommodations were complemented by attentive hospitality services, especially from the incredible catering staff who met dietary needs!

Despite its luxury claims, customer service fell short—difficulties in transportation arrangements and management responsiveness were quite frustrating.

The location was quite convenient for visiting nearby attractions, including a renowned college just a short distance away. Though the bedsheets in our room could use an upgrade, the overall hospitality made our stay enjoyable. The complimentary shuttle service to a famous temple was very much appreciated.

The staff made my family feel welcome, and the free shuttle to the Golden Temple was a nice perk! Enjoyed excellent food and smooth check-in.

The room was comfy and spacious, which was a big plus. The bed was really nice and easy to sink into after a long day. But I noticed some dust in corners and on surfaces, which could have been better. The noise from the neighboring rooms was a bit annoying at times. Bathroom was clean and well-kept though. Overall, it had potential but some little things need fixing up.

The spa & wellness center was a true haven of relaxation where I enjoyed rejuvenating massages. The outdoor swimming pool offered breathtaking views and a perfect setting to unwind. Special thanks to the attentive staff who ensured my experience was nothing short of wonderful!

This place suits me perfectly with its excellent amenities like free Wi-Fi, a great fitness center, and a lovely spa. I remember my first stay, where the staff helped me with a hot drink in the cold. The service is remarkable, especially from the attentive team. I highly recommend trying the kulche chole! I’m coming back for a romantic escape.
