The spacious rooms easily accommodated an extra bed and had a great view of the mountains. The attentive staff in the restaurant provided excellent service. The cleanliness in the corridors and room was disappointing. The housekeeping service was lacking, and the overall maintenance of the rooms needs improvement. the service in the restaurant was slow and required multiple follow-ups. The location near a mall with a view of a sewer was not ideal for a relaxing holiday, but the hotel staff were attentive and accommodating.

The breakfast had a good variety and tasted delicious. The staff, including Shubham, Dipak, Sanjeev, Vivek. it was a lovely experience and I would definitely choose to stay here again.
