We were blown away by the beautiful surroundings and stunning pool at this resort. Despite a few noisy moments, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would recommend it to others.

This resort has a stunning location with beautiful scenery of the nearby plants and views of the peaceful lake. The hotel restaurant is conveniently located nearby and serves delicious meals. The staff provide excellent service and are always available to assist with any needs. The rooms are spacious and well-equipped with modern amenities such as high-speed Wi-Fi and comfortable beds.

The hotel decor and furnishings are a bit outdated and could use some improvement.

The complimentary breakfast and Wi-Fi were a nice addition to our stay. , the resort's proximity to the lake made for lovely views from the rooms. the staff was friendly and accommodating.

The location was a bit remote and required expensive transportation to central areas. some of the electronic equipment in the room was not working and the overall maintenance of the rooms could be improved.

We had a fantastic experience at this beautiful resort located on a serene water canal. The rooms were spacious and well-maintained, and the staff went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. The three on-site restaurants offered delicious food, and we particularly enjoyed the cooking demonstration and traditional Kerala fish curry. The top management showed genuine interest in ensuring our stay was first class. The view of the lake and the pool were spectacular, providing ample opportunities for photography. If we ever return to the area, we wouldn't hesitate to choose Ramada as our home.

I had a wonderful stay at this resort. The staff at Ramada was extremely helpful and served with a smile. The check-in process was comfortable and they even allowed me to see the cottages before making a payment. The cottage with a lake view had a balcony with a stunning view of the lake. The cleanliness and comfort of the resort were impressive. The furniture was also in great condition. The on-site restaurant, Fennel, served delicious food. The lobby was inviting with clean seating areas. The pool facilities were excellent and the location, although far from downtown, was perfect for a relaxing getaway.

The hotel provided us with a luxurious and exclusive stay with outstanding service and upscale amenities. The spa and wellness center, sauna, and swimming pool were exceptional, providing us with a relaxing and comfortable stay. The outdoor swimming pool was beautiful, along with the Jacuzzi being a perfect addition to the relaxing experience. The restaurant served delicious food during our in-room breakfast, and the bar/lounge area was a great addition, providing us with a great place to enjoy snacks and a cocktail.

Replenishing used items was slightly poor, and the quality of food needs attention, especially for the local and authentic items aspect. However, these minor issues did not affect the overall luxurious and relaxing experience that this hotel provided us.
