The rooms are spacious with lots of light, offering a comfortable stay. The breakfast buffet is exceptional, with a wide range of tasty options that cater to vegetarian guests. The staff is friendly and helpful, ensuring a pleasant experience throughout the stay.

The furnishings in the property are a bit old, which could use some updating.

Guests rave about the delicious Indian breakfast and the variety of dishes offered. The hotel also offers a lovely small patio with a fountain feature. It's not far from all the sightseeings and a great value for those on a budget.

There were some issues with the tea service, as it took a while to get a non-Indian-style tea.

Ratnawali is truly a gem of a hotel in a bustling neighborhood. Its prime location just off MI Road puts you right in the heart of the city, making it incredibly convenient to explore Jaipur. The hotel itself is a beautiful heritage property, tastefully decorated and very clean. The staff were friendly and welcoming, providing excellent service throughout our stay. The rooms were spacious and well-maintained, with attention to detail evident in every corner. Additionally, the hotel offered a variety of breakfast options, with a complete spread to satisfy all tastes.

We had a great time during our recent stay at the hotel. The staff was very friendly and the food was delicious. The location was perfect, being close to the main attractions and easy to find for taxi and tuk-tuk drivers. One of the best things about our stay was the spacious and clean room. We loved the big windows that let in lots of natural light and offered a great view of the surroundings.

We were disappointed that we didn't receive a welcome drink and the toiletries provided were not enough for a family stay. while the food was great, we felt that the prices were a bit high compared to the standard of the hotel.
