The view was spectacular, attentive and kind service, excellent buffets, special birthday surprise.

The location had stunning views of the waterfall and river, making it a peaceful and calming atmosphere. The staff was extremely courteous and accommodating. The head chef went out of his way to make our experience special, including taking one of our children to the bakery to bake cakes. the large rooms and in-room pool were a great advantage for relaxation.

The roads leading to the hotel were in poor condition, and the air conditioning in the rooms could have been better. While the games room and pool were available for children, there were limited activities offered for longer stays.

We had an exceptional visit at this hotel. Our room was spacious with spectacular views of the waterfall and mountains. The in-room amenities were luxurious with a private pool and garden area. The spa centre provided an exquisite full body massage and steam room experience. The restaurant had an excellent selection of Indian and Continental cuisine with special diet menus available. The staff were courteous and provided exceptional service throughout our stay.

The only minor issue we faced was the air conditioning in our room. It was not functioning as well as we hoped, but the service team was quick to respond and rectify the issue.
