We booked for three and requested an extra bed for our 12-year-old, but ended up with just a thin mattress on the floor. For the price, that's completely unacceptable. The hotel seemed unprepared and didn't care about our comfort.

We had a good experience at the hotel, particularly appreciating the cleanliness and the attentive staff, who made us feel right at home. The breakfast buffet was diverse and delicious, while the spacious, well-maintained rooms contributed to our overall comfort.

Nothing to dislike.

The lobby was hot, no AC at all, and I had to haul towels to the pool myself! The room wasn't cleaned well, and I found the staff unhelpful and argumentative.

The staff was friendly and attentive, making me feel welcome throughout my visit.

The breakfast experience could use more fresh options daily.

Recently stayed at Sayaji in Kolhapur for a quick road trip pitstop. Conveniently located near the highway, clean rooms, great food options, and friendly staff. Enjoyed a delicious breakfast spread, especially the misal pav. Adjacent mall provides additional dining and entertainment choices. Courteous housekeeping staff, including Prashant and Tejas, provided excellent service.

Strongly recommend this hotel.

The friendly and helpful staff at the hotel truly made our family stay memorable, with special attention to detail during breakfast service and efficient check-in and check-out experiences. the indoor swimming pool and live entertainment options provided a relaxing and enjoyable atmosphere , adding to the overall positive experience. Despite an occasional lapse in service, where one staff member exhibited a less welcoming attitude, the exceptional hospitality and efficient service from other team members overshadowed this minor hiccup. 💫.

We have been staying at Sayaji for the past few years and it continues to offer a great location, spacious rooms, and wonderful views. the buffet breakfast provides a good variety of options and the hotel has convenient parking facilities.

Conveniently located near a shopping mall and a variety of eateries. Room was comfortable and provided complimentary late checkout. Enjoyed the delicious food and hospitable staff. had a pleasant experience.

The in-room check-in experience was a pleasant surprise. The staff quickly took care of the formalities, allowing me to freshen up after a long drive. I had a wonderful stay and would recommend this hotel.
