We loved staying at this centrally-located hotel. The staff were incredibly helpful and provided great service from the moment we arrived until we left. Our room was clean and spacious with all the amenities we needed, including a kitchenette and a comfortable sitting area. We were impressed by the variety of services offered, such as dry cleaning, tours/ticket assistance, and even car hire. The spa and wellness centre were particularly enjoyable with its wonderful range of treatments, including massages and Turkish bath.

Plus, the staff was always friendly and helpful, ready to provide us with tips and recommendations on what to do and where to go.

The first one was that the air conditioning in the room was not working properly and despite asking several times to have it fixed, it never seemed to really improve. the second one was the size of our room, which was quite small and cramped, making it difficult for us to move around comfortably.
