The towels provided were soft and the staff was friendly and accommodating, always wearing genuine smiles. One of my favorite perks was the warm cookies that were available upon request - they were absolutely heavenly! Additionally, the hotel itself was well-maintained and sanitized thoroughly. The location was convenient and I enjoyed a peaceful stay. I would definitely come back!

The hotel facilities were top-notch, including the clean and well-maintained rooms. The location was perfect, with easy access to the nearby Crabtree Valley Mall and other shopping options. The breakfast was delicious and satisfying. the staff went above and beyond to ensure our stay was enjoyable.

The location of the hotel was perfect for my business trip. It was conveniently located near the mall and had plenty of dining options nearby. Additionally, the hotel was close to the State Fairgrounds, which made it easy for me to attend the conference I was attending.

One thing that I didn't like was the design of the shower. There was no ledge or area to place my toiletries, so I had to place them on the shower floor, which was a bit inconvenient.

the location is perfect, right next to the best mall in the area and plenty of restaurants. Secondly, the staff were friendly and provided excellent service. Lastly, the rooms were in good condition with comfortable beds. The breakfast was a nice touch too.

There were a few aspects of my stay that I didn't appreciate. the noise from the nearby highway was quite disruptive, especially during the night.

We recently stayed at a hotel for Thanksgiving and we were amazed. the hotel staff was courteous and friendly. They offered us two complementary drinks on arrival and guided us on the best restaurants in the area. the hotel is located at an excellent location with many shops and restaurants nearby. We enjoyed a wonderful Thanksgiving buffet at the hotel's restaurant and it was the best part of our visit. the food was delicious and the staff was very attentive. our stay was very comfortable and memorable.

The hotel has limited amenities. There was no gym or swimming pool on site which was a little inconvenient for us.
