The staff at Silver Shine were incredibly helpful and accommodating. We had an issue with our room upon arrival, but they quickly resolved it and moved us to a clean and comfortable room. They were also responsive to our requests for linen and towel changes. Despite the noise outside, the staff did their best to ensure we had a pleasant stay. I would recommend this hotel for its attentive staff and willingness to address any concerns.
