During my stay, I experienced significant issues with the front desk staff, who were unhelpful and dismissive towards my inquiries. Additionally, the noise levels from other guests were unbearable, making it nearly impossible to relax or sleep. To top it off, there seemed to be a lack of communication regarding room availability, which left me feeling frustrated and ignored.

Staying in the Queen Studio was a delightful experience! The kitchenette made it super easy to enjoy late breakfasts while lounging in bed. Plus, the made-to-order breakfast was such a treat, especially the breakfast tacos!

Noise from other guests was disruptive at night.

the staff was tragically unhelpful, no genuine smiles or friendliness. two towels for four adults? how generous! also, after dealing with a broken AC, no one cared to finish the job. a little complimentary gesture would’ve made my stay somewhat tolerable, but alas, being a guest here is a one-way street of disappointment. almost gave a good review but just couldn't.

The hotel hosted a delightful made-to-order breakfast. Fresh pancakes, eggs, and even a parfait bar were on offer. Plus, the staff was incredibly friendly and engaged during meals, creating a warm atmosphere.

However, my room door was slightly tricky to open. I had to pull it shut while scanning my key card. Also, the window shades were broken, which prevented me from enjoying natural light.

The staff's rudeness was shocking. i felt like they couldn’t help me at all. if only they’d upgraded my room to compensate for all the inconvenience. guess they don’t care about their guests, do they?

check in was a bit slow😒 but the breakfast was made to order and delicious! the location was great, near the mall, and the room had a kitchenette which was super handy. clean and cozy stay! 👍
