Friendly and supportive staff. The food at Snow Valley Resorts was absolutely delicious. The waiters were polite and helpful. We enjoyed playing TT and air hockey at the resort. I highly recommend this hotel.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The staff was incredibly polite and friendly, providing us with excellent service throughout our stay. The hotel facilities were clean and well-maintained. We also appreciated the convenience of the parking area and the easy transportation options available nearby. The hotel's location in the stunning Shimla mountains added to its charm. The highlight of our stay was the delicious and diverse breakfast spread, including fresh fruits, juices, a variety of dishes for vegetarians and non-vegetarians, and more. We enjoyed every bite and left satisfied.

As young holiday goers, we loved the spacious and well-maintained rooms with amazing views of the surrounding mountains. The hotel provided all the necessary facilities and amenities, including a gym and play rooms. The buffet breakfast and dinner offered a wide variety of delicious food options. The staff, especially Aman at the reception, were extremely helpful and friendly, making our stay even more enjoyable.

We felt extremely welcomed during our stay and had no reason to complain about anything.

We had a wonderful stay at this place. Located amidst the hills, the view from here is breathtaking. The service is impeccable. We particularly enjoyed the in-room breakfast and the various amenities such as the electric kettle, terrace, and safe. The staff was friendly and went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. The fitness center and game room were great for entertainment.
