The resort is located in a serene setting, nestled right at the backdrop of Arunachala. This offers guests the perfect opportunity to take a peaceful walk around the hill or simply bask in the presence of the holy mountain. The location is close to nature and away from the noise of the city, providing a tranquil atmosphere for relaxation. The spacious and clean rooms, along with the friendly staff, add to the overall pleasant experience.

The WiFi connection in the resort was quite poor, which made it frustrating for guests who needed to use it for important matters.

Although the breakfast spread was good, the lunch and dinner menus lacked variety and the same dishes were repeated too often. some of the furnishings in the room were a bit outdated and could use an update.

The eco-friendly theme of the hotel was impressive, with filtered water available for guests and a no-plastic policy. The location of the hotel was perfect, away from the bustling streets but still close enough to easily reach popular tourist spots by rickshaw.
